These buttons access articles gleaned from the Staunton Newspapers during the late 1800s and very early 1900s from a column called "Middlebrook Items." It is a wonderful account of the struggles and successes of folks that lived in what was once the largest settlement in Augusta County, Virginia. The articles are categorized by year and contain a plethora of genealogical information, much of which is printed nowhere else.
